My client, a large maintenance contractor based in Essex, is looking for an experienced multi-trader to complete day to day social housing maintenance work on their existing housing stock within the Basildon and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have to have a core trade of one of the following; Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering while being capable to compete the other two at a high standard. They will also need to be capable of completing small tiling works, ranging from minor replacement repair through to slash backs. Along with these the candidate will also need to be able to complete general emulsion and gloss work, vinyl flooring would also be advantageous.
You will receive £11.00 to £13.00 per hour, you will however be required to have your own tools accompanied by a sign free van. The hours are 8.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
