How can you cover my site from your Regional office?
Each regional office has recruitment consultants, responsible for a geographical area. They will have gained knowledge of the workers in your area and will be familiar with the local labour market. They will send you workers who are local to your site, avoiding the need for unnecessary travelling.
How do you vet new workers?
Everybody who comes to us is put through a thorough checking and referencing system and is carefully assessed using our Quality Systems Manual, backed up by many years of experience. The success of Workmates recruitment process is proven time after time.
