Workmates is a vibrant, successful and well respected recruitment business operating in property Design, Construction and Maintenance, we have bases across most of the country. Our success has made us strong and financially secure but whilst we are proud of our 25 year history, we believe the best is yet to come. Celebrating success
We celebrate success - recognising and rewarding achievements. At our annual awards dinner where we celebrate both individual and team achievements. Every July the WIN group has its annual awards evening, where everyone in the company joins in celebrating both team and individual successes. At the awards dinner everybody's achievements are recognised, support staff to highest billers.
£200k club - Highest Billers we help and encourage everybody to reach the top - part of this is recognising those that are already well on the way. Recent examples of such trips are: Skiing in Switzerland, Formula 1 racing in France, trips to Las Vegas and scuba diving in the Red Sea.)
